The good news is that you have a new feature online. I don’t think it’s much of one, but, hell, it’s there right? At least my training in my new job is done. I’ve gotten decently comfortable behind the new desk…although I still feel much more at home at my old one. Since I’m still working Circulation once a week, I haven’t completely left it behind…but I will miss it.
In other site news, we’ve become hopelessly, desperately behind in commentaries. I’m going to try to do some fire lighting under Zen and whip some other guest authors into helping, but if it gets desperate I suppose I’ll do them on my own, despite the fact that goes against our rules. Now that I’ve gotten that announcement out of the way, it’s time to go play with a fruit juice vomiting dinosaur!

Bad news. There’s no new feature today either. Let me explain. Classes began this week, as I’m sure you’ve picked up by now. This means I suddenly have a lot of reading [and since it's literature, I can't skip it like I can in other courses]. It’s rather entertaining, but it does take up time. In addition to this, today was my first day of training in my new position. No, I have not left the library. Rather, I am an Assitant Librarian no longer. I’ve been made a Reference Librarian now. As a result of this, I am going to be working more nights, but I hope in the long run it won’t affect the updating of the page all that badly, at least once I get used to the schedule. Now then, not only those two factors are present. If you check yesterday’s lone update news post, you’ll see a large image of the box of Super Mario Sunshine. This game is conspiring to take the rest of my free time away from me. I can’t promise a new feature tomorrow, but I will try. If I fail, don’t get too angry.

Well, we appear to have a new feature online. I’ve quite a nice rant for the news post tomorrow, about somet changes at work and how they might affect the site. Hopefully, it won’t be bad news. I’m not quite sure if it is or not yet. I’ll let you decide. Enjoy my new feature, it’s the disheartening tale I was talking about.
