Witness the story behind Elliott’s funeral!

This comic requires a ton of explanation. First of all, Elliott Hoffman [yes, the dead guy] was responsible for all of the Shawn Handyside character art in the strip above. I handled the Grim Preacher and Unnamed Blob, as well as all the writing duties. The comic itself is a follow up to my guest comic on Spelling the Vacuum , which can be seen here. That comic is itself a follow up to one of Elliott’s comics from a few days before, the infamous “Stogoe issue” of Spelling the Vacuum. Shawn Handyside’s age has been discussed at length on the Spelling the Vacuum forums. Just in case you didn’t know, Shawn is the brilliant (…ly old) artist behind Staccato .
