Picasso and Halloween have unlimited ramifications.
This is the first time in quite awhile I’ve broken the 4 (or 1) cell Picasso format. If you think that’s a shocker, wait until you see the Picasso Halloween Special. I don’t want to say too much, but unless I get lazy, it’ll involve… voices .
