My patience rating is rapidly approaching zero. Too much crap this week. I think I might need to go old school and just start busting heads. Playing disc golf all day with Kenny and Travis on Saturday was awesome, however. If we weren’t all so busy I’d say we should do it every weekend.
For the past week or so I’ve been replaying Baldur’s Gate 2 for the first time since high school. It still has all the problems I remember, but it’s fun as well.

Travis, Kenny and I played 27 or so holes (probably closer to 23, we skipped part of an 18 hole course) of disc golf, starting in the weirdly named Oregon Park early in the afternoon, then grabbing some new discs and some drinks and heading up to Sequoyah Park for several more, where we got shown up by an awesome guy who claimed to play every day. I actually own a disc now though, a Goblin.
After that it was the Ultimate Fighter 5 finale, where BJ Penn played cat and mouse with Jens Pulver, getting him ready to tap in two submission holds in the first round and then letting him go so he could beat him up some more. Pulver even admitted it in his post-fight interview. In the image below you can see him going for the tap just before BJ lets it go. After this he tossed him in a triangle as well.
BJ Penn is fucking awesome.

Most interesting thing that happened this week? Duffy nearly got us killed by Kenny, Kelley, Lauren and one of Lauren’s friends. TITO is no longer invited to anything we do.

Another debate, this time over jewelry. Man do we get in to it pointlessly a lot of times.
So anyway, we’re back to game night. Last week was Settlers of Catan. This week we’re going to be playing all kinds of random crap at Kenny’s place on Wednesday. Then on Saturday it’s going to be all about playing disc golf in Kennesaw followed by BJ Penn destroying what’s left of Jens Pulver’s career.
Finally, I went up to Jasper on Sunday to see my puppy. It was awesome.
